Our vacation rentals are marketed and booked through Evolve and our properties are regulated by their policies. We have a local contact or our vacation rentals. You will receive their contact info when you book. They can help with pre stay info or any questions that come up during your visit.

Our long term rentals are professionally marketed and managed.

Bookings are managed through Evolve and our properties are governed by there cancellation policies. Their policies are quite flexible but you should take note of them on Evolve's website when you book as they may change from time to time.

Are properties are governed by association bylaws that prohibit pets.

Our properties are governed by Association codes of conduct which are posted in the units. They are common sense rules related to quiet hours and being respectful of permanent, year round neighbors. Smoking is prohibited in any of our properties or on their attached decks.

Check-on 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. In order to ensure the unit is properly cleaned and ready for the next guest, we are unable to accommodate any exceptions during peak rental seasons.

Our properties all feature Spectrum high speed internet with basic, local TV channels accessible through the Spectrum app using Roku. You may login to any of your streaming services through any of the Roku devises.

Our kitchens are equipped with full size appliances including dishwashers and microwaves. We also include coffee pots, cookware, silverware. We do our best to include basic seasoning.

Bedding and bath towels are included at all our properties. You may want to bring your own beach towels if you're staying at our Torch Lake property or planning a trip to the beach from Shanty Creek.

Peak Perfect includes access to an outdoor, seasonal pool next door to the condo. From time to time the pool may be closed for maintenance etc and since it is managed by the association, we cannot guarantee its availability.

During ski season, we provide one indoor pool pass per year. If it is lost or stolen, we cannot replace it. As a result, we cannot guarantee it will be available or that the pool will be open during your stay.

Peak Perfect, Sweet Caroline & Windward Hideaway all include washers and dryers.

Sweet Caroling has central air conditioning and forced air heat.

Peak Perfect is heated and cooled by a mini split system and augmented with electric, in-ceiling heating grids as well as window AC units in the bedrooms.

Windward hideaway is a seasonal cottage with electric, in-ceiling heating grids. There is no AC, however, the property is shaded and benefits from prevailing winds coming across the lake.

Trailer parking is available onsite at Windward Hideaway (Torch Lake). Trailer parking is available near Peak Perfect and Sweet Caroline (Shanty Creek) at the base of the ski lifts. Maps and directions are included in your welcome packet.

There is a dock but no shore station. There is ample space to tie up to the dock. Bumpers are recommended. Prevailing winds are out of the west. Guests are solely responsible for their boats and the use of the dock and any damages incurred to either and/or both so please use caution when docking or leaving boats unattended.
